I can’t recommend this guy enough. In June we spoke of a new sliding door. He told us then it would be the week of August 15. On the 14th of August he emailed, project would be on the 16th. I recently had the pleasure of working with Advanced Window Service. I hired Sean to replace all of the Andersen windows in my home during a large scale remodel. The job was completed with the utmost care and ahead of schedule. Sean and his team bring a whole new meaning to the word “professional”. We wanted to let you know that after the rain we had last night, we had no water come in to the basement!!! Sean arrived at my house today and replaced to double hung window sashes. He was on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after replacing the two windows. He answered my questions, explained how to replace a sash when I asked if I could observe in the hopes of someday replacing a sash on my own. He measured another window with a broken seal and took a look at some weather stripping that needs replacement. Sean was personable and quite helpful. He did a quality job and I will highly recommend him to my family and friends. It is rare to have such a conscientious and amicable owner such as Sean representing the Andersen name. It will keep me coming back to your product and having Advanced Window Service doing my repairs.
